换一种眼光

那年，我在一家图书馆当管理员，可经常发生图书不翼而飞的事情。为防止这种偷书现象的继续发生，我在图书馆的墙上挂起了一块告示牌：凡偷窃书籍者，罚款200元。

可偷书现象仍屡禁不止。 　　

一次，朋友来看我，我向他诉苦。朋友看了一眼墙上的告示，笑着说：“凭你一双眼睛，怎么看得过来呢?” 　　

“但图书馆不可能再增加管理员。”

我说。“你可以借助读者啊，让改者帮助你参与管理。” 　　

“读者?书就是有的读者偷的，让他们参与管理，这怎么可能呢?” 　

　“偷书的只是个别人，你不要把所有的人都放到你的列立面，而应该换一种眼光，把他们看成你的朋友，充分相信他们，让他们和你一起参与管理。” 　

　朋发要我拿来纸和笔，写了一条新的告示：凡检举偷窃书籍者，奖励200元，新告示贴出后，图书馆再也没有出现丢失书籍的现象。 　

　“不要把所有的人都放到你的对立面，而应该换一种眼光，把他们看成你的朋友。”这句话让我终生受益。换一种眼光，不是与人为敌，而是与人为善，这样，你才能变被动为主动，事事顺心起来。
